A vision for men's wellbeing

It's Mens Health Week and so I thought I would share with you my vision for men's wellbeing that I have developed after my numerous years working with men, reviewing the research and deliberating on the issues with respected colleagues all over the world. It is not definitive but a work in progress with the intention of focusing wellbeing action with men using measures that have been shown to increase resiliency and groundedness in men. Feel free to add your comments.
